FAQ
Activation, data, refunds, devices and node choice: the common questions are answered here. If you cannot find an answer, submit a ticket or contact Telegram support.
How soon can I use it after paying?
Service starts automatically once payment succeeds, with no manual review. Copy the subscription link from "Subscription details" in the user center and import it into a client. It usually takes under a minute.
What if my subscription link leaks?
Open "Subscription details" in the user center and click "Rotate share link". The old link stops working immediately; import the new link into your clients. To rotate your access credentials, submit a ticket and support will help.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscriptions take effect immediately, so we do not offer no-reason refunds. If a platform fault or service outage leaves you unable to use the service, submit a ticket for a full refund.
Where do I report a connection problem?
Submit a ticket in the user center or message @YunXiaoHu on Telegram. Our support team follows up 24/7 until the issue is solved.
How many devices can I use?
There is no device limit. Phones, computers and tablets can be used at the same time, and all devices share the plan's data allowance.
When does my data reset?
Data resets automatically each month on your order date. If you order on the 15th, your allowance is restored on the 15th of every month. Unused data does not carry over.
Are six-month and yearly plans paid up front?
Yes. The price on the plans page is what you pay. Six-month and yearly plans are paid once for the whole term, and data still resets every month.
Which devices and clients are supported?
We recommend Clash Verge Rev for Windows and macOS, Clash Meta for Android on Android, and Shadowrocket or Nextin on iPhone / iPad. Download links and step-by-step guides are on the Downloads page and in the Help Center.
Which node regions are available?
We currently offer 30+ nodes in Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, the US, the UK and more, with TCP / UDP support. The nearest node with the lowest latency is usually the fastest.
What do high and low node latency mean?
Latency is the round-trip time for data, in milliseconds (ms), and it mostly depends on the physical distance between you and the node. Closer regions have lower latency and pages open faster. Latency affects responsiveness; it is a different measure from bandwidth.
Can I use AI and streaming services?
Plans work with common AI and streaming services. Some services restrict by region; if one does not load, switch to a node in a supported region. If it still fails, submit a ticket.
Does Yunxiaohu have its own app?
Not at the moment. We recommend established open-source or third-party clients; just import your subscription link. The guides list several download links.
